1. All individual sessions are scheduled for 45-60 minutes, Assessment sessions take longer and will be informed prior.

2. For session cancellation, full refund will be provided, only if the cancellation is done 4 hours prior to the session. Any cancellations made thereafter will be partially (50%) refunded.

3. Uninformed cancellations will not be refunded.

4. If a client is late for an appointment, the duration of the session would be the time remaining as per the time of appointment.

6. Psych Catalyst does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services, and our services are limited to the sessions booked by prior appointment.

7. Attempted Suicide or self-harm are impulsive and unpredictable acts, and under such circumstances, any counsellor, psychologist, or therapist at Reboot Wellness cannot be held liable Let us all work together with mutual respect and sensitivity.”
